Client Care Coordinator / Receptionist

Must have experience in customer service, retail or other client services position. Expected to check in/out clients, answer phones, review medical records and communicate with doctors and staff. Great communication over the phone is key for appointment reminders, follow up calls, and with other professionals.

Credentialed Veterinary Technician
Assist doctors in patient care, and tasks involved include surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, laboratory, radiology and dentistry. Client communication & Education is crucial, understanding basics of vaccines, preventatives and about common small animal diseases and medications. Filling prescriptions and explaining their use to owners. Everyone is cross trained for the front desk and phones. Keeping the hospital clean and ready for each patient/client.
Pet Care Coordinator / Kennel Assistant
Accompanying animals on walks, ensuring a clean hospital/kennel environment for all patients and staff, laundry, disposing of trash, cleaning up animal waste, spilled food, and any other mess. Previous experience caring for animals is preferred in addition to a passion for animals. Must take initiative and have organization and problem-solving skills. Professionalism, communication & support in a busy environment. Must be capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds alone and comfortable around all dogs/cats.
Veterinarian
  • New grad or experienced vet welcome, mentoring readily available.

Veterinary Assistant
Assist doctors and CVTs in patient care & handling, providing basic treatments to patients and learning how to educate clients. Client communication on the phone, checking in/out patients, and helping to keep the hospital/kennel clean.
