Policies

Please view our appointment, payment, and patient arrival policies below.

Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we prefer to operate by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority which is why occasional delays with scheduled appointments are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. If a pet requires care, walk-ins can be worked into the schedule or the patient can be admitted for an exam and then a consult with the owner at the time of release.

Patient Arrival Policy

All dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

We make these requests for the safety of our clients and our patients. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during their visit, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. Let us know if we can help you by providing a leash or carrier if needed before getting your pet out of the car. We will also loan a carrier to you if needed. Thank you for your cooperation!

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, cash and personal checks.

We also accept CareCredit – this is a 6-month interest-free medical credit card. To learn more or apply, visit CareCredit.com; it only takes a few minutes!
